I am often wary of trying out new recipes. On more than one occasion, I branch out, put a ton of thought and effort into a new dish, and have it received with a, ‘Eh. It’s good.’ Oh, but today….today the response was, “Wow! I would totally order this in a Thai restaruant! This is as good as any chicken satay I’ve ever had!’ Thank you Williams Sonoma cookbook. You have restored my confidence in my culinary capabilities. 🙂
