We went down to the park after dinner tonight. The light was amazing. The children wanted nothing to do with modeling. Oh well maybe another day. I do like this blownout pic though.
This has to be the longest storm including lightning and thunder that I can ever recall living in the PNW. Pretty spectacular. Another thing that is spectacular? The bald eagle that has been hanging out around the past few weeks.

The boys and the cousins went horseback riding at the resort today, and had a wonderful time! Grandpa's shoulders is also a great place for a ride!
I decided on my trip that I could see myself staying for extended periods of time in the high desert. Love the smell, the mountains in the distance and the HEAT!
