Kelp at Jamestown Beach

The boys and I enjoyed a delightful walk at Jamestown this morning, finding treasures including unusual rocks and oyster shells.  This kelp reminded me of a little brain on the beach.  We do so much reflecting, planning and thinking about our lives, health and relationships this time of year.  It makes me wonder why we wait until a certain day of the year to ‘start over’.  If there is something we want to change, we should begin now…whenever now may be.
