{27/366 | Texx} Frakin’ Selfie Friday
I can’t complain about any part of today. Even though Mini-Me woke up at 4:30am (not like her) raring to go, we had quite an enjoyable morning. Turns out the fossil shell I found on my shoot the other day is an Oyster Shell from about 100 million years ago. It’s descendants currently live in….Washington :o) We had a great time researching it all before her Share-Day today. Pretty remarkable, finding shells in this desert-land. The day wore on and it turned out to be absolutely glorious. It was 67 degrees when we got back home from a long school day :o) Both kids napped (SHOCKER) and I went out to the hammock to start my BC book, The Poisonwood Bible & took this selfie. Not one complaint and a very Happy Birthday to my very extraordinary Mommy. I love you!
