It’s Thursday.  According to the new assignments for this year, it’s my day!  Blam!  Since Texx is in a family fog in Austin and JJ is in a Winter Break stooper of egg nog and free time, let me fill you in.  This year PhotogHer will be slightly different.  We have assigned days.

Blam (Blam!) – Monday/Thursday

JJ- Tuesday/Friday

Texx- Wednesday/Saturday 

Sunday we all post, I think we call it Mommy Moments.  But really it’s a selfie and the mom has to be in it.  Be it a toe, hair folical, or booger.  Booger?  (Reign it in Blam.)  Anyway, the idea is that we not be ghosts in our own project/photographs.  We are the Mamas, SEE us roar!!!

The other change is that the photos just have to be from that week, not necessarily that day.  Hence, my picture is from yesterday.  We’re not required to shoot everyday or we can use multiple photos from one day.

Oh, but we’re not done!  We’ll also have a theme for the week in the form of a word.  This week:  RENEW.  I had planned to renew myself by drinking more water and eating healthy.  That’s going to have to start tomorrow; we’ve got amazing leftovers!  But I did get outside and renew myself with some fresh air and 24mm shooting!  I think this lens is renewing my love of a challenge.  Happy New Year PhotoHers!
