{38/366 | Texx} Taj Mahal?

Taj Mahal? Not quite, yee-to-the-haw Texas! I’ve been dying to pull over to this Hindu Temple (a few miles from our house), since we’ve moved here.  We didn’t hit any traffic on the way home, the clouds looked right, and…THIS PLACE IS AWWWWWWWWWEEEEEEESSSSSSOMMMMMMMMEEEEEEEE!

So, Mini-me in her duct-tape tutu & Mini-he in his quasi wet pants (trying to get the science down here, with wacko “boy” t-pottying, anywhooo) took a walk around these open Grounds…. Temples, Statues, Pounds & Pools….Oh and COLOR, COLOR, COLOR!  Where there was no color there was; intricate DETAIL, DETAIL, DETAIL!

These Elies went on forever… I just thought of how, in life, there’s no beginning nor end! We’re all just somewhere “In the Middle”, always~Building strength from those who’ve come before,  getting pushed forward by those Behind ~ No matter where we are, we are ALL connected!

My "Why": 10 years ago I lost my brother. He was my best friend, my mentor, my compass.  He got sick out of the blue at the 30 years-old and was an inspiration to many. He traveled the world and never had many images to show for it all. I cherish ALL the images we have of Rafael. Blurry or not, I only wish we had more. I capture images of my everyday. Obssessed with capturing moments of my children, of my life and even my businesses. I believe the only thing that seperates a good image from a great image is its ability to tell a story and ultimately make you, the viewer, feel something.
