The layers of these bluffs boggle my mind.  Literally right in front of our faces is soil that was exposed a millionlifetimes ago.  The layers built upon layers.  As are we…layers of ourselves built upon past experiences, thoughts, actions, people.  I like that there are flowers and new growth emerging from the very top.
