{78/366 | Texx} Ghost Runner…Ghost Sunrise

No Sunrise this AM, weeeeell the sun came up (which is nice) just no pretty colors. Pretty gray all day. Not very happy with my pics, but some days are great and others meh. Had a good time finding cool new spots to shoot this morning. I’m still always amazed that at 6:45am (12am, 9pm, always) how many runners were out. People get there fitness ON in this town. Not me, not me…

Hoping to get some good snaps from the holga tomorrow and another day to shot. This time I’m going to try to be Remarkable….Started listing to my first podcast boyfriend, Ted Forbes, again today.  “It’s your responsibility as an artist to be remarkable.” He quoted in a short holiday podcast I re-listened to today.   Gonna go for some REMARKABLE…Tomorrow…After some sleep ;o)

My "Why": 10 years ago I lost my brother. He was my best friend, my mentor, my compass.  He got sick out of the blue at the 30 years-old and was an inspiration to many. He traveled the world and never had many images to show for it all. I cherish ALL the images we have of Rafael. Blurry or not, I only wish we had more. I capture images of my everyday. Obssessed with capturing moments of my children, of my life and even my businesses. I believe the only thing that seperates a good image from a great image is its ability to tell a story and ultimately make you, the viewer, feel something.

    I LOVE, love, love this podcast! I watched it a while ago, and was quite inspired by it!
