If there was a competition of which wife could iron a men’s dress shirt the most perfectly, I would most defiantly lose!  For the past 11 years, hubby’s uniform was his cargo pants and fleece vest or Walmart polo shirt.  Now, Mr. Fancypants needs to look sharp and wrinkle-free!  Since I can never get to the dryer in a timely fashion, today I ironed. In fact, I had to go buy a new ironing board since I had no earthy idea where our previous one was (although, you could wake the neighbors when you opened it, so that is ok!).  I think I may need to check out a book from the library on traditional home-keeping practices…the sleeves are agonizing!
