{4/366 | Blam} Little Fall of Rain
Today is a rainy Northwest kind of day. My brain doesn’t know that though. Productivity is my name, and gettin stuff done is my game. I decided to conquer my fear of the Crockpot. It’s irrational really. Something about liquid and raw meat just gives me the hebbie jeebies. However, today I made Chicken Tortilla soup. Soup on a chilly rainy day sounded divine. Having dinner done at 11am also sounded pretty amazingballs. I may have to embrace the Crockpot. Liquid, meat, and all.
I’m babysitting this afternoon, so I thought I’d take the blogosphere early. Christmas decorations are going to have to wait another day, but “To Wanda!” because I love them. And it’s Rafael’s birthday. I refuse to waste his day on meaningless tasks. Happy Birthday Raf! I’m inspired by your absolutely remarkable life and the beautiful spirit of your legacy. Your sister is pretty fab as well, we’re taking good care of her.
