Had a much needed photog session yesterday with JJ. We hit up the community garden and a blueberry farm. The blueberries were yummy and the community garden has a-mazing sunflowers in full bloom! Along the way I got my first
Hit up a couple of vineyards in my 'hood with my SIL. Unfortunately the best pic I snapped was from the winery that was crapola. Pretty pic though, lol. BTW it's nice to know that our home is literally surrounded by wineries,
Not gonna lie, I realized on the way to Chucky's birthday dinner that I hadn't picked up my camera all day. So I snapped this quick and went to eat. Hyper creative, I know. You're welcome.
In the great green room There was a telephone And a red balloon And a picture of -- The cow jumping over the moon
I had a bunch of these bacro-ed roses. I couldn't pick which composition I liked the best, so I decided not to decide at all.
Fire=Bad. Crazy, ridiculous, beautiful golden hours (ups and downs) due to the smoke from hundreds of miles away=a cool side effect. Gotta stay positive, right?
Here's Sunrise after dropping Mini-me off to be carpooled into school. It was a purdy one. And the second pic is of my favorite gas station down yonder. BUBBA'S COUNTRY STORE. It's been pretty rainy here, and I ♥ it!
Our tomatoes are FINALLY coming in! Unfortunately we're inching closer to October, so these little yummers may not make it to our salads before our season turns chilly. Here's hoping anyway.
Rather than stress about exercising, I decided to bake. 4 dozen cookies and 3 loaves of bread later I'm thinking this may not be the best way to lose baby weight, but it sure is yummy!
After taking a bunch of snaps at Mini-me's school I stopped at a trail I've been wanting to walk for a while. Sans kiddos in tow, it was a nice wooded walk on this ancient trail that Austin folk have
Little Man started school five days a week this year. Five days a week. I miss him. So does Little Miss. I asked her what she wanted to do today and she said "go get brother from school." Fair enough.
Picked Mini-me up from her first Chess Club. She was sooooooooooooooooo happy and excited. She said, "Mommy, I don't like Chess Club." *long pause* "I LOVE IT!" LOL. I love this little girl, she's got chutzpah.
