Decided to play with "bacro" again.  This technique is very fun, but testing it outside with two kiddos and my lens exposed should qualify as an extreme sport.

                It's a toss up who was more excited for our fresh eggs today.  Everyone is completely spoiled now and we cannot go back.  Too bad for homeowner's associations or we might have to bring home some chickens of our own!

          Completely "mom-ed out" and only have pictures of the kids today.  Something about kids and summer makes the world seem like a simpler place.

            After picking up a few necessities in my aisles, I met up with the Hubs and kiddos to discover our cart filled with the makings for s'mores.  I don't turn down sugar or "pweeeease"s, so we promptly stopped to pick

          Our blackberry bush is covered with beautiful white blossoms which are so loverly, but what's even more exciting are the teeny berries growing for our bellies.   This is hands down the most low maintenance plant ever,  and the most delicious!  

          I decided to try Texx's macro-on-the-cheapo.  I couldn't tinker with it as much as I would have liked, but it was super entertaining for the bit I did get to play.   My subject was a  toy that the Hubs

          Project Bergstrom Garden is moving along nicely.  Well enough that I'd say we're officially in Phase 4:  Almost Ready to Chow Down.  So far the lettuce, beans, corn, carrots, and zucchini seeds are popping up!  My mother-in-law donated a rhubarb

            Baby Boy was lucky enough to have another baby shower yesterday!  We've gotten spoiled rotten.  :)  For shower gifts, the lovely hostesses gave everyone plants and fortunately for this time in June-uary it was gorgeous weather for our fine plant
