Took a self portrait workshop today with Teach. It was so interesting because it felt so much different than the observing I do on a daily basis. Mostly because I'm in all the shots in one way or another. It's
Little Man's school had a Barn Dance fundraiser tonight. I volunteered to work a station for half the night and it was great way to hear all the different music going on and catch a few pictures. I still couldn't take as many
I've found myself coloring a lot lately. Between Little Man and Little Miss I end up huddled around bucket of crayons scribbling away on a regular basis. Gotta say, it's like reliving kindergarten in the best possible way.
Here's my first attempt from Miz Holga. My biggest question at this point is if the black corners are a user error or Holga quirk. Any thoughts ladies?
Spent some time with Miz Holga today. I haven't gotten around to showing her much attention thus far. Can't wait to see the result so I can see where to adjust and what worked and didn't work. Lawd, I hope something worked.

Thought it would be fun to play with light. Ended up with a wicker basket and some fun streakage.
Baby Blam 3.0 has begun practicing Taekwondo in my belly. I think he likes half price Easter jelly beans. I sure do. Espeicially when I get to munch on them during photography hikes and enjoy the sunshine. Bliss.
My husband came home to this scene and asked why I didn't set up the sprinkler. First, we were supposedly watering the garden. Second, they were having the time of their lives. Next time, sprinkler.
I love this picture because it reminds me of laying in the grass, listening to my kiddos laugh hysterically while soaking in delicious Vitamin D. God bless it.
Mingling with cows was on the agenda today. Technically we were on a field trip to see the operations of a creamery, but look at that face! Mooooo cow!
The kiddos and I are flying in a couple weeks and for the sake of the poor soul's on our plane I'm already mentally checking off the laundry list of supplies we'll need to make it in three whole pieces.
