{191/366 | Texx} Lace to Burlap

I’ve been actually organizing my house (woop). We’re going full throttle with Pure Mommy and I need everything where it’s supposed to be ~ before it all starts arriving. Today was the craft closet. I organized all my fabrics. My off-white stack (which reaches the ceiling) there’s everything…Hand-beaded lace, burlap, raw silk, Italian satin, more burlap. At this moment, I don’t think anything else represents ME better than these layers.

My "Why": 10 years ago I lost my brother. He was my best friend, my mentor, my compass.  He got sick out of the blue at the 30 years-old and was an inspiration to many. He traveled the world and never had many images to show for it all. I cherish ALL the images we have of Rafael. Blurry or not, I only wish we had more. I capture images of my everyday. Obssessed with capturing moments of my children, of my life and even my businesses. I believe the only thing that seperates a good image from a great image is its ability to tell a story and ultimately make you, the viewer, feel something.
