We stopped at Austin Comic Store for necessary trip reading material. Then proceeded to drive through the craziest rain ever. I usually do a selfie on Fridays, but this pic taken with the ipad today will have to do. In Houston tonight, then onward to New Orleans tomorrow.
We think something big is happening downtown as every exit was blocked off by police, and parking lot and seemed like the city is on lockdown, any news?

My "Why": 10 years ago I lost my brother. He was my best friend, my mentor, my compass.  He got sick out of the blue at the 30 years-old and was an inspiration to many. He traveled the world and never had many images to show for it all. I cherish ALL the images we have of Rafael. Blurry or not, I only wish we had more. I capture images of my everyday. Obssessed with capturing moments of my children, of my life and even my businesses. I believe the only thing that seperates a good image from a great image is its ability to tell a story and ultimately make you, the viewer, feel something.
